Theresa Picone is the founder of Sound Mind, a Licensed Professional Counselor, and a Board Certified Coach. Her coaching focuses on executive and leadership development and career and life transitions. She provides licensed therapy to adults in Virginia.
Heidi Smith brings over fifteen years of experience in psychology, behavior analysis, and clinical leadership to her coaching practice. A Board Certified Behavior Analyst with a master’s in clinical psychology, she has spent her career helping people navigate challenges and build toward meaningful goals. Her coaching is grounded in a Bible-based approach to leadership, direction, and accountability.
