Website scope

This policy applies to soundmindpractice.com. It does not describe how protected health information is handled inside a therapy or coaching relationship. Once you become a client, the practice provides separate intake, consent, and confidentiality documents, and scheduling and billing are handled inside CarePatron under its own terms and privacy policy.

Information collected through this site

The site does not require an account and does not ask you to create one. Information reaches the practice in only two ways:

• The contact form. If you send a note from the contact page, you provide your name, your email address, an optional selection describing the kind of support you are looking for, and whatever you choose to write in the message field.
• CarePatron scheduling. If you book a discovery call or session, you enter that information directly into CarePatron, not into this website.

Please share only what feels useful for a first reply. This website is not a secure channel for clinical detail, and you should not send sensitive health information through the contact form.

How the information is used

Information you submit is used to reply to you, to understand which service and practitioner may fit, and to point you toward a next step. It is not sold, rented, or traded. It is not used for advertising, and the practice does not add you to a marketing list from a contact form submission.

Analytics and tracking

This website does not run analytics software, advertising pixels, retargeting tags, session recording, or a chat widget. It does not set cookies for tracking or advertising.

Third-party services

Three outside services are involved in running this site:

• CarePatron provides the booking button and the embedded scheduler on the contact page, and handles scheduling and billing. Information you enter there is governed by CarePatron's own terms and privacy policy.
• Web3Forms is the delivery service for contact form messages. It passes the message to the practice by email.
• Google Fonts serves the typefaces used on the site, which means your browser requests those font files from Google.

The site is hosted on Cloudflare, and the host keeps standard server request logs for security and reliability.

Retention

Contact form messages are kept in the practice email account for as long as needed to respond and to keep a record of the inquiry. Records created after you become a client are retained under the practice's clinical record policies and applicable law, not under this policy.

Children

This website is intended for adults. It is not directed at children, and the practice does not knowingly collect information from children through this site.

Your choices

You can use the site without submitting anything. If you would like the practice to delete an inquiry you sent through the contact form, ask and it will be removed from the inbox where it is reasonable to do so.

Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated as the site or the services it uses change. The date above reflects the most recent update.
